Over the years, Russell has been asked to play at literally thousands of affairs, such as weddings, birthdays, commitment ceremonies, Bar Mitzvahs, Bas Mitzvahs, Bris ceremonies, New Years Eve parties, Valentine’s parties, St Patrick’s Day parties, Hat Parties, Memorial Day Parties, 4th of July Parties, Labor Day Parties, Holloween Parties, Thanksgiving Parties, Christmas Parties, retirement parties, going away parties, coming back parties (OY!), graduations, baby showers, engagements parties, bachelor parties, and of course, the Gala Opening of the Metropolitan Opera House, just to name a few.  He has refused to play at all of them (claiming a prior engagement). What makes you think that he has time to play at your sad affair (unless of course, you are the Queen of England)
